Privacy Policy

Charlando Ando Spanish is run by Jhon Sierra from Colombia. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and who helps us process it.
What we collect
- Free PDF form: your name, email, Spanish level and, if you choose to share it, your WhatsApp number.
- Membership: your name, email and payment details. Payment details are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy, so we never see your full card number.
- Website usage: anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site (pages visited, device, approximate location).
How we use it
- To send you the free PDF and, occasionally, emails about Spanish learning and our classes. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
- To run your membership: sending your schedule, calendar invites and class links, and placing you in a room that matches your level.
- To understand which parts of the website work, so we can improve it.
We don't sell your personal data.
Who helps us
- Brevo: stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Lemon Squeezy: processes payments and subscriptions as our merchant of record.
- Google: Google Meet and Google Calendar for classes, and Google Analytics for website statistics.
- Railway: hosts this website and its database.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their own privacy and security policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you're subscribed to our emails or are a member, and delete it when you ask us to or when it's no longer needed, except for records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you emails. This applies under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and, where applicable, laws such as the GDPR. Just write to charlandoando@promoverdesarrollo.org.
