Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Charlando Ando Spanish website and to the live Spanish classes we offer. Charlando Ando Spanish is run by Jhon Sierra from Colombia. By subscribing or booking a class, you agree to these terms.

1. The group membership

• The membership is a monthly subscription that includes the live group conversation classes described on our home page (currently 8 classes a month on Google Meet).
• Classes follow a fixed weekly schedule. Missed classes are not refunded or carried over to the next month.
• We may occasionally reschedule a class (for example, for a holiday or a technical problem). When that happens, we'll let you know by email in advance whenever possible and offer a replacement class.

2. Payments and cancellation

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller (merchant of record). Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime using the "manage subscription" link in your receipt email. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Payments already made are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll do our best to make it right.
• The founder price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and join again later, the current price at that time applies.

3. Private classes

Private one-on-one classes are booked and paid for separately, following the conditions of the platform where you book them.

4. Respect in class

Classes are a safe space to practice. Be kind to other students and your teacher. We may remove a member from the group, without refund, for harassment, discrimination or repeatedly disrupting classes.

5. Recordings and materials

Please don't record classes without everyone's consent. The class materials, including the SlangSpot Latino expressions and PDFs, are for your personal learning and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes that affect active members, we'll let you know by email.

7. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have in your country. Questions? Write to charlandoando@promoverdesarrollo.org.
